This website supports The History of Salsa — The Musical, a production initiative led by Carlos Trujillo of MatizArt Spectacular Show Company and Javier Ferrer of Ferrer Productions. Privacy questions may be sent to founders@thehistoryofsalsa.com.
2. Information we receive
We receive the information you voluntarily enter in our general contact and Founder's Circle forms, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization, interests and message. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through these forms.
Essential technical information may also be processed to display the site, protect it from misuse and remember your cookie preference.
3. How information is used
- To answer questions and membership or partnership inquiries.
- To identify which website form produced a message.
- To maintain the security and operation of the website.
- To understand interest in tickets and Founder's Circle opportunities when you consent.
We do not sell the personal information submitted through our forms.
4. Service providers
Form submissions may be processed through Mailchimp and FormSubmit so the production team can receive and organize inquiries. Ticket purchases are completed on The Hobby Center's website and are governed by its own policies. The location map is provided by Google Maps.
5. Meta Pixel and cookie choice
Meta Pixel is loaded only after you accept optional cookies. If accepted, it may record events such as viewing a membership form, clicking a ticket link, opening WhatsApp or successfully sending a form. We do not send form-field contents to Meta Pixel.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relevant relationship, meet legal obligations and protect the production. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information that the production controls, or ask to stop receiving communications, by emailing founders@thehistoryofsalsa.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
